    Our Youth Mental Health First Aid Training is suitable for adults who teach, care for or support young people, with the knowledge, skills and confidence to recognise, understand and respond to a young person experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.

  • Teen Mental Health First Aid Training

    Our Teen Mental Health First Aid training is suitable for secondary school students in years 7-9 and years 10-12. It can also be delivered in other settings such as sporting clubs, scouts and guides. It teaches students how to provide initial peer-to-peer support to a friend or classmate who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis, until professional help is received or the crisis resolves.
